We’re thrilled to launch our 2025 Winemaker Dinner Series, where we’re reimagining the art of wine dinners at our new estate. On Saturday, February 15th, join us for an unforgettable evening featuring a stunning multi-course menu crafted by the incredibly talented Chef Rachel Ponce. Inspired by the season, each dish will be thoughtfully paired with Caliza wines to elevate every flavor and create a truly harmonious dining experience.
