2022 CUVÉE
End Of The Day Wines

Blend or Cuvée: 36% Mourvedre, 28% Grenache, 18% Tannat, 8% Syrah, 4% Counoise, 4% Mataro, 2% Graciano
Nose: Immediately electrifying on the nose, with mouthwatering red and black licorice, candied cherry, and dried tamarind. A wisp of black pepper and mushroom hovers in the background, offering a new experience with each smell.
Palate: Very soft at first sip with a round and silky texture, the wine reveals notes of strawberry, raspberry, clove, and cinnamon. Vibrant acidity and a light spiciness carry through a nearly endless finish.
Winemaking Notes: "An exploration of several grapes and soil types across Paso Robles, each variety was harvested at an average of 24 Brix, resulting in a wine of balanced 14% alcohol. Each variety was fermented separately in macro bins and small, stainless steel fermenters using a combination of pump-overs and hand punch-downs. Lots were pressed at the optimal time to reduce astringent tannin and highlight the vibrant, aromatic, and juicy nature of the fruit and vintage."
A complex wine from grapes grown throughout Paso Robles, each variety brings personality and balance to this blend. Much attention was given to the ripeness of each variety during harvest, ensuring the 2022 Red Cuvée presents with lower alcohol, vibrant acidity and racy, pure flavors. Fruit forward with a hint of savory notes, this wine can be enjoyed on it's own with a light chill or it pairs beautifully with dishes ranging from salad with fresh fruit to roasted duck or pork tenderloin.
