A Culinary Journey at Caliza’s New Estate
 
We’re excited to kick off our 2025 Winemaker Dinner Series at our new estate, where we’re reimagining what a wine dinner can be. This year, we’re doing things differently with two unique dinners, two acclaimed chefs, and two distinct menus—one on February 15th and the other on March 15th. Each evening promises an unforgettable experience, featuring thoughtfully curated wine pairings, seasonally inspired dishes, and the relaxed elegance of our estate. No two events will be the same, making this series the perfect showcase of Caliza’s finest offerings.

First Up: Saturday, February 15th
Join us for the first dinner of the year with the incredibly talented Chef Rachel Ponce, who will craft a stunning, multi-course menu inspired by the season. Each dish will be perfectly paired with a selection of Caliza wines, chosen by our winemakers to elevate the flavors of the evening. Check out the amazing menu below.

This will be an intimate affair, limited to just 40 guests, where you’ll experience the magic of Caliza in a relaxed, elegant setting surrounded by friends, food, and wine.

Our Second Winemaker Dinner: Saturday, March 15th
If you can’t join us in February, or if you’re eager for a second experience, you won’t want to miss our March Winemaker Dinner featuring the renowned Chef Jeffrey Scott. Chef Jeffrey will bring his signature style to a brand-new menu, paired with a different selection of Caliza wines, offering an entirely fresh and unique experience.

Tickets for the March dinner will be released on Friday, January 3rd.

Sneak Peek: We’ll feature some of our most exciting wines, including 2023 Grenache Blanc, 2021 Azimuth, 2013 Syrah, 2016 Companion, and 2021 Reserve Syrah. Stay tuned for the full menu release on January 3rd!
